Please tell us a little about yourself:
Soy entrenador autorizado SCA, he quedado campeón de Venezuela el año 2017, quedé como 3er lugar de Brewers en Panamá el año 2023. Me ayudó también a buscar cafés de competencia, tostarlos y venderlos bajo mi marca. Actualmente soy el campeón de Brewers de Venezuela.

I’m an authorized SCA trainer, I became Venezuela’s champion in 2017, and I placed 3rd in Brewers in Panama in 2023. That also helped me find competition-level coffees, roast them, and sell them under my brand. I’m currently the Brewers champion of Venezuela.
What are you excited to do while you are in Jakarta?
Es mi primera vez en Asia, así que ya eso me entusiasma un montón.

What are your interests outside of coffee?
Cocina, viajar, mi perrito, mi familia.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
De entrada, agradecerle a mi familia, que siempre ha estado ahí en las buenas y las malas. A Adnoldo y su esposa Luzmar (la productora de mi café campeón del evento nacional), porque creyeron siempre en mí y me apoyaron de principio a fin. A mi novia, que llenándome de amor y teniéndome mucha paciencia, siempre facilita todo en los momentos más difíciles. Y a todo mi equipo, que necesitaría páginas y páginas para nombrarlos a todos.

First of all, I want to thank my family, who have always been there through the good and the bad. Adnoldo and his wife Luzmar (the producer of my champion coffee from the national event), because they always believed in me and supported me from beginning to end. My girlfriend, who fills me with love and is very patient with me—she always makes everything easier during the toughest moments. And my whole team—I would need pages and pages to name them all.
