Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am the founder of Captain George Coffee Roaster. I have been competing in Brewers Cup since 2018. I wish to explore the fun facts of coffee brewing through competitions. I strike to make coffee brewing not only taste better but also simpler, so that more people can enjoy and fall in love with pour-over coffee.
What are you excited to do while you are in Jakarta?
I wish to visit the small island of Indonesia and taste the fun local food!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Jazz music, and vintage furnitures!
