Please tell us a little about yourself:
My name is Naser, I’m working in The QC roastery academy at Abu Dhabi UAE as a Head of research & Development.
My first coffee competition was at 2018 for the Bahrain Aeropress, at 2019 i was the Bahrain Aeropress Champion representing Bahrain at the Finals in London reaching to the semifinals.
I started competing for many reasons the most important is i love coffee and people this competitions allow me to meet the coffee community also i love to challenge myself and competing its challenging and take me from any comfort zones.
I love music so the perfect combination in the morning is a fine cup of coffee with a good music is the best moment in the day.
I get into the coffee industry at 2016 because i love to drink coffee and when i love something i try to go deep and learn more and thats how it started day by day i found myself working as full time in this industry.
What are you excited to do while you are in Jakarta?
Working in the coffee industry made me meet Indonesian people and i have many friends from there.
Also i love the coffee from Indonesia so I’m planning to visit some coffee farm and visit my coffee producers as will.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I love to travel, also i love music, swimming and football.
