This is my 7th world barista championship. My very first WBC was in Rimini, so returning to Italy to compete feels very special.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
The to do list is: Wine, Cheese, Olive Oil, and Orsonero Coffee.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I play music in my small amount of spare time.

My wife, Tara, who has supported my competition dreams for over 10 years. Jill Hoff, my coach and one half of our tiny team. All the producers I am representing on stage!
