Please tell us a little about yourself:
I have been working with specialty coffee since 2014, currently as an AST and brand ambassador of Caffe Grano, roastery based in Warsaw. This is my first time at World Coffee Championship, but I have been competing at Polish Barista Championships since 2023. The most important part of preparation? Climbing training!
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
I can wait to meet new people, spend some time in local restaurants, visit some bouldering spots and have a good time with my amazing team in such a beautiful place like Milano!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Bouldering, art, music, cooking.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
One and only Karolina Szabowska (good luck with pronounce!), my couch and one of my best friends. To be honest there is an incredible number of people who helped my in prepare.
