Please tell us a little about yourself:
I run April— a small coffee company located Copenhagen, Denmark. This will be the third time I am competing in the World Barista Championship and I am looking forward to it.
Fun facts: I lived in three countries, I once roasted for 24 hours straight because I was curious to see how it was, I try most foods ones, and I am always curious to learn something new.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
I am looking forward to a morning coffee at Loste Cafe together with my notebook and some quiet reflections.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Philosophy, travel and walks.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
The team at April for holding down the fort while I am fine tuning and adjusting my competition routine. Another special thanks to all the competitors, organizers, and judges at the Swedish Barista Championships. The level of the competition is getting better and for someone that really values these competitions, it means a lot.
