Please tell us a little about yourself:

Retail Manager at Wide Awake Coffee. My first competition was winning the Belgian Aeropress Championship in 2021 after which I fell in love with the idea of competing in order to push myself and boundaries of coffee. I've competed in multiple competitions since. I lead our shops at Wide Awake and we do our best to set the benchmark of coffee and hospitality in Brussels.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

We will host you as I am from Brussels :) Thats what I am excited for.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I love music, nature, food, wine and everything that has to do with hospitality. I also enjoy keeping up with the the design and fashion industry.

What is your favorite coffee brewing method and why?

v60 = simple and classic.
