Please tell us a little about yourself:

I work at Beats Coffee Shop in Santa Ana, El Salvador. I've been competing in national competitions for two consecutive years since 2024, achieving fifth place in my first year. This motivated me to continue competing until 2025 when I won my first national brewers competition. I started as a cook in my first job, and my former boss introduced me to the world of coffee, explaining that it's much more than just a beverage; it's something that transmits and connects with people.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Know Belgian culture and gastronomy, and how you can connect with other people through food, coffee, and more.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

To have my own coffee shop with delicious desserts and meals
