Please tell us a little about yourself:

I'm the co-founder of APAX LAB, the leader in high-end minerals for coffee.

I've been competing since 2022 and coaching since 2019.

Competition to me is about pushing boundaries and bringing exciting R&D to the World.

Fun Fact: I'm a former pro card game player, and I never EVER change my grind size when making coffee - or if any variables, except for the water I use.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Eat fries, waffles and run around the city!

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Running, cooking, Trading card games
