Please tell us a little about yourself:

I used to work in the film industry. My journey into specialty coffee began after tasting coffee roasted by Tim Wendelboe, which completely changed my understanding of coffee.

In 2018, I founded Oasis Coffee Roasters in Taipei, and my passion for coffee has led me to compete for the past five years. I’m truly honored to represent Taiwan in Brussels this year.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Getting to know a new city through competition is truly a beautiful experience.

No matter what I’m doing, living with the city, breathing with it, absorbing its culture — that is what excites me the most.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Art, film, and designer furniture.

My coach is Erik from Tri-Up Coffee, and I’ve also received support from Emi at Mame. I’m truly grateful to both of them.
