Edward Choo

Edward Choo is one of the leading figure in Malaysia's coffee industry and the founder father of Toothless Coffee, established in 2016 based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With over a decade of making and roasting coffee experience, Edward has competed internationally in numerous country like Vietnam, Taiwan, and Malaysia. 

Edward is certified since 2020 as a World Judge for the World Barista Championship (WBC) and World Brewers Cup (WBrC), as well as a visual judge for the World Latte Art Championship (WLAC) and involved in judging at the World Coffee Championship-  He has judged in multiple national competitions of countries within East and South East Asia inclusive of CIGS and other non sanctioned coffee competitions which aims to promote the growth of specialty coffee. 

He also mentors aspiring coffee professionals, helping them succeed in competitions. Through Toothless Coffee and his global contributions, Edward continues to shape Malaysia's coffee scene with innovation, passion, and a commitment to excellence.
