Raimonds Selga

Raimonds is the co-founder and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of Kalve Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee company based in Latvia. As the head of B2B operations, he oversees the entire process, from sourcing green coffee to leading sales and technical teams. A former competitor turned judge, Raimonds has been actively involved in the competition scene since 2017, judging European coffee and cocktail competitions. He is also a licensed Q Arabica Grader and a World Coffee Championships (WCC) certified judge in the Barista, Brewing, and Coffee in Good Spirits categories.
