Most of the teaching assignments a few years ago focused much more on origin countries (Africa, Latin America, Brazil) but also in consuming countries to help everyone speak a common language of ‘quality’. Certified Q Arabica and Q Robusta Instructor.
A Certified WBC Judge and Head Judge since 2008, as well as currently certified for WLAC and WBRC, Roukiat has helped in many competitions. Originally from Belgium but residing in Guatemala gives Roukiat a range of experience and flexibility language-wise.
Other activities Roukiat is involved in include consulting, training, and green coffee sourcing.
