Sara Al Ali

Sara Al Ali, from Saudi Arabia. An inspiring coffee professional, AST and Q-grader. She is one of the pioneering figures in the MENA coffee scene and the first Saudi to participate in coffee competitions, earning second place in the MENA CIC and reaching the world finals in 2016.

Since beginning her judging journey in 2018, she has contributed her expertise in 12 countries around the world. Deeply rooted in the regional coffee community, she has played an active role in the evolving Gahwa scene, serving as a sensory judge in multiple prestigious competitions around the GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and the UAE.  

She is also an active member of the National Committee for Coffee and Roasters part of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, contributing to the development and growth of the coffee sector in Saudi Arabia.

Driven by curiosity, precision, and passion for coffee, Sara continues to shape and support the growth of the specialty coffee community both locally and internationally.
