Please tell us a little about yourself:

I am the founder of Fam Coffee Family and a seasoned competitor. I represented Turkey at the world championships before and aim to elevate coffee knowledge in Turkey with trainings and new concepts. I compete because it is fun and challenging and makes me learn new ways and allows me to change my vision. I was a former software engineer who love coffee and I ended up in coffee business back in 2016.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Eating waffles and chocolate

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Cocktails, movies and experiencing new flavors through different beverages
