Please tell us a little about yourself:

I have been competing for the past 6 years, and entering coffee with spirits feels very nostalgic. I used to work in a cocktail bar when I was starting out before moving fully into the coffee industry.I'm working full time with Brewing Gadgets Dubai.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Making new friends and reuniting with old ones.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I love painting.

Thank you to my brewing gadgets family, especially Bagus, Gibson, and Goutham.

What roaster do you currently roast on and how long have you been roasting coffee for?

I do sample roasting as part of my job at Brewing Gadgets, using Roest.

What is your favorite coffee brewing method and why?

Pour-over as my daily, easy go-to.

Besides your own competition drink, do you have a favorite cocktail?

I am a G&T girl, with all the twists and without.
