Please tell us a little about yourself:

I have been working in the coffee world since 2022, and as a roaster since 2024. I am the CEO of KimaCoffee Murcia, only of this location. In 2025 I placed 2nd in the SCA Roasting Championship and also in the SCA Brewers Cup 2024. I have competed quite a lot, but mostly at a local level in Spain. This year I got 1st place in roasting and I couldn’t be happier!

What drives me to compete is the passion behind coffee and the idea of bringing specialty coffee to every corner of the world, so that everyone can enjoy good coffee.

I entered this world by chance, after deciding to have a coffee and seeing on the menu that there was a Barista training course.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

I want to get to know the city, meet people, and continue immersing myself in knowledge.
