Please tell us a little about yourself:
I’m a coffee roaster based in Austrian Alps, driven by a passion for precision, clarity, and the relationship between origin and cup. a part of family business, I got into coffee through a deep curiosity for quality and cultural, which naturally evolved into roasting as a way to express that vision and started my own business 5 years ago, TREVO Coffee Roastery. Competing allows me to challenge my approach, refine my skills, and stay connected to the community, my first roasting comp. was in Italy 10 years ago since then I love the ambient that's create during the roasting championship. Outside of coffee, I spend most of my time in the mountains -cycling, running, and snowboarding- which shapes the way I think about discipline, consistency, and progression.
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
craft beers and road cycling in the Flandres
What are your interests outside of coffee?
outdoor sports: running, road cycling, snowboard, hiking. music and tasty food
