Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work as a barista in EMA espresso bar in Prague. I am full time in the coffee industry for the third year and I got in this field just like a coffee enthusiast who enjoy hospitality and good coffee at nice places. So one day I told to myself I would like to be part of it. This year is my second year of competing and I always see the competions and trainings as a opportunity to learn something new about coffee, but about myself too.
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
I am excited to get to know the city, walk around, visit some interesting places and taste local food.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I am interested in art and design, so I visit galleries and going on exhibitions. I also like movies that are screening in arthouse cinemas. I also have passion for crafts and sometimes I do bookbinding.
