Please tell us a little about yourself:
I’m a passionate coffee professional from Copenhagen, Denmark, working as Head Roaster at Original Coffee, where I handle green coffee buying and sourcing, quality control, and roasting. I’ve been in the coffee industry for several years, with a strong focus on sensory evaluation, supported by my background as a certified Arabica Q-Grader.
I enjoy Cup Tasters for its simplicity and focus on calm, consistent sensory skills. Winning the Danish Cup Tasters Championship for the second time was a great honor, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent Denmark again.
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
I’m looking forward to visiting Bangkok, experiencing the local food and coffee culture, and meeting competitors and volunteers from around the world. Being part of the global coffee community is something I truly appreciate.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Outside of coffee, I enjoy food and cooking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to experience new cultures. I also like learning new things and finding inspiration beyond my daily work.
