The Maillard Project and AmyBear
Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work at “The Maillard Project”, As a Barista and Trainer, and I am running my business “AmyBear” as well, this is my second time to get back to the World Stage, I am so excited. Last time, my first time, I was really nervous, but this time I feel I am more enjoying the whole processing.
What are you excited to do while you are in San Diego?
I am excited to eat their local specialty foods and coffee, and go to their local Art Gallery and Museum.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I like watching movies and walking along the beach.
