Please tell us a little about yourself:
Hi! I'm from Mexico City, where I have my current project, Apolo, a small coffee bar and a roaster for about 8 year. I'm i'm the national competition circuit 11 years ago, and always I want to show how the coffee can connect with a lot of different people.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
Know more about the global coffee industry through the flavors, aromas, and most important, the passion
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I'm a very bad amateur photographer, but I like to walk across the city and take instants of this amazing place. Listen a lot of music, and of course, explore food and drinking places

There are many people around this preparation, my team in Apolo, Pame, my partner and coach in the last 8 years, my family and a lot of friends who want to join in this adventure
