Please tell us a little about yourself:
I have been competing in brewers cup for 8 years. and It was my first time participating in the roasting championship this year. I was lucky enough to win, and I'm so honored to have another chance to compete in Houston. Competing in competitions is stressful, but it is very helpful for you to grow.
What are you excited to do while you are in Houston?
Personally, I like Mark Rothko very much, and I'm excited to go to the Roth Chapel in Houston along with participating in the competition.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Natural wine and fashion. I really like jura wine in france as much as specialty coffee.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
I'm grateful to my brother for preparing for the competition for 8 years, and I'm honored to my coach Tae-hwan for joining me in this competition.
