Please tell us a little about yourself:
I run a small town coffee roastery with a couple in Mito, Ibaraki, Japan. This is my first time to participate in a competition and I wanted to know where I am at with my own roasting technique. My hair style is naturally permed.
What are you excited to do while you are in Houston?
I would like to experience many cultures in my first visit to Houston.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I have been running as a daily routine since I was 13 years old. My hobby is to keep going steadily.

My wife, family, coaches and many people have supported me to this point.And our customers who love MOOD coffee&espresso. We will also do our best for everyone who competed with us at the Japan competition.
