Please tell us a little about yourself:
I’m the second time in a row German Roasting Champion and co-founder of Guenter Coffee Roasters and Café Marcel in Freiburg Germany. I’m compeeting since four years in Coffee Roasting Championships.
What are you excited to do while you are in Houston?
I’m excited to get into the culture and food experinces in the vibrant city of Houston.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I’m interested in sports, but my life is actually all about my family and coffee.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
I’m very lucky to be married to my wife Aurore. She’s competing in Cuptatsters Championships and the runnerup in the 2024 WCTC.
