Please tell us a little about yourself:
Working for over 5 years in WatchHouse in different positions (shops and roastery), the coffee team introduced me to competitions and its also our way of engaging baristas and connect with the evolving industry. Our internatinal team has competed in different national chapters and this is the first national win for WatchHouse since 2021. I am a professionally trained dancer & dance teacher and my love for coffee brought me here.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
Explore milan and coffee around here, enjoy italian food, connect with industry peers and meet coffee friends from all over the world again.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Lots of sport (like dancing, tennis, yoga, running), cooking, travel, art.
