Trabajo actualmente en Alquimia Coffee tengo 6 anos de trabajar directamente con en destintos coffee shop , pero de conocer del café de especialidad 10 anos llevo comptiendo 2 anos consecutivos en el 2023 fue mi primer participación. Posicionándome en tercer lugar posteriormente competí en el 2024 donde fue mi segunda participación quedando como Campeón Nacional de Barismo. Llegue a la industria primeramente trabajando como cocina notaron mi ese entusiasmo de querer aprender y me convocaron a capacitaciones con el coach profesional Federico Bolaños.

I currently work at Alquimia Coffee and have 6 years of direct experience working in different coffee shops, but I have known about specialty coffee for 10 years. I have been competing for 2 consecutive years; in 2023 I had my first participation, where I placed third. Later, I competed again in 2024 in my second participation, where I became the National Barista Champion. I first entered the industry working in a kitchen, where they noticed my enthusiasm to learn and invited me to training sessions with professional coach Federico Bolaños.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?

Me entusiasma aprender más sobre las competencias y las nuevas tendencias a nivel mundial en el sector de la instruida en como querer transformar el futuro, sin dejar el pasado.

I am excited to learn more about competitions and new global trends in the industry, with the vision of transforming the future without leaving the past behind.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Spanish:
Me gusta la programación tengo un titutlo universitario Técnico en Sistema de Computación el otro hare los otros 3 anos para ser Ingeniero en Sistemas. Me gusta visitar y conocer café en mi país, jugar pool, futbol, conocer lugares turísticos y ambientales naturales.
English:
I like programming. I have a university degree as a Computer Systems Technician, and I plan to complete the additional 3 years to become a Systems Engineer. I enjoy visiting and discovering coffee shops in my country, playing pool, playing soccer, and exploring tourist spots and natural environments.
