Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am a freelancer coffee professional and barista collaborating with a few companies in projects that I truly love. This is going to be my third World Barista Championship, after taking 8th place in 2021 and 2nd place in 2023. Coffee competitions are the greatest stage for showcasing innovations, techniques and trends and I can't wait to see what's next for the industry. I started my coffee career when I was 16 years old and I have always been in coffee because that's not only my work but also my passion. Funfact: although this is going to be my home country WBC, I am have not been based in Italy since 2019.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
I am very excited to show more of my home country to those coming from abroad. I hope I can have some time to take people out for some good food or some sight-seeing.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I am a big sports fan, especially football and Formula 1. I love playing and watching them.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
I would love to help everyone who supported me in this journey, starting with my team, my girlfriend, my coaches, my family and every single person that helped me even with something small. I am grateful to represent all of you.
