Please tell us a little about yourself:
I've been a barista for 13 years, and I run 2 shops, name Yellow Brick Road & Contour. The last I competed was in 2017 WBC at Seoul. I decided to compete again because the quality of specialty has progress so much since I last competed, and i want to continue to pursue the craftsmanship. I graduated as a pastry chef, but decided to explore coffee in 2012, and got hooked in specialty coffee and the rest is history.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
Excited to explore all the pizzas and wine!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I love hiking.
