Please tell us a little about yourself:
I’m currently working at Noir coffee shop in Paris. I work like roaster, barista and event manager as well. I’ve started work in coffee 8 years ago when I moved to Paris. I actually studied to work like barmaid but I fall in love with coffee. Still I really enjoy creating cocktail as well so since day one I always dreamt about doing CIGS competition.
It’s my third time I’m doing the national competition and my first participation for the world competition!
What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?
You will say “what a cliché” but when I visit a new city I always look at first for coffee shops and restaurants and I’m pretty sure I will do the same in Bruxelles. Also I never visited this city before, it will be amazing!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Outside coffee I really enjoy cocktails, cook, reading and reading about how to cook ingredients for my signature’s coffee cocktails ahah

Oh I have to thanks a lot of people! Everyone in the French coffee scene proposes to help me with the competition. I really am so moved about this. But of course I have to thanks who had to deal with me 24/7 and so a huge thanks goes to Carla, Sebastian and Sander, the best team I could ever had!
