Please tell us a little about yourself:
I have been working in the coffee industry for 14 years and with alcohol for 9 years.
In Ukraine, I work at a large coffee company, Gemini Espresso, and Yoco Story.
Overall, I have participated in the CIGS championship 4 times; up to this point, I only took 2nd and 3rd places.
Besides coffee, I am interested in psychology and perfumery, and this year I enrolled in a second higher education program in psychology.
I did not enter the coffee industry by chance, as my first higher education was in hotel and restaurant management.
My first job was as a waiter, and then I moved to the bar, which is how my coffee journey began.
