With over 13 years of experience behind the bar, I transitioned into the world of specialty coffee four years ago. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to the craft, specializing in the intersection of my two passions: coffee and spirits. I now focus exclusively on creating innovative coffee-based cocktails and high-end espresso service.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

I want to experience the culture in Brussels for my first trip to Europe.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Mixologist and Cultural Dance Instructor.
