Please tell us a little about yourself:

I am a coffee roaster and café owner from Mae Hong Son, Thailand, working closely with local farmers. I compete in roasting competitions to push my limits and refine precision, consistency, and clarity beyond daily production roasting. My goal is to showcase the inherent quality of Mae Hong Son coffee on the international stage through roasting that respects each origin’s unique character.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Explore the city and get a feel for the local lifestyle, culture, and coffee scene.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I enjoy riding a motorcycle and experiencing local life
