I worlk as head of coffee in ditta artigianale,

Specialty coffee roastery and different coffee shops in Florence and Milan, Italy. I started competing in 2014 in barista, 2017 I won the Italian barista championship and this year was

The first time competing in roasting and I won.

I get in coffee industry through a basic coffee course and I realized that was more and more to discover, so after 3 years working in a standard Italian coffee coffeeshop I moved to London and learned a lot about specialty coffee and working behind the bar.

What has made me passionate about competition was to understand more and more about coffee and competition is one of the link

That provided it.

Visiting the city and enjoy it

Gym, food
