Please tell us a little about yourself:

I am the founder of Crack Coffee Roastery in Dubai, known as Dubai coffee queen. I competed for the first time in the UAE’s first-ever Roasting Championship, among 32 competitors, and was the only female competitor. I am a Q Grader, Q Processor, and an SCA Authorized Trainer across all modules.

I also serve as a WCC sensory judge for Barista and Brewers Cup.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

I’m excited to explore Belgium’s coffee scene and, of course, enjoy a lot of chocolate.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Outside of coffee, I enjoy intense workouts and running to stay disciplined and focused

i’m a painter also, with oil, aclyric and also instant coffee.
