Please tell us a little about yourself:

Specialty coffee has been my passion for the past 10 years. I’ve always been drawn to craftsmanship, and that is what led me to specialty coffee. I’ve been roasting at Nordbeans for two years, and in 2025 I decided to compete in the national championship in order to continue improving and developing my skills.
