Please tell us a little about yourself:

Roasting consultant, founder and owner at Heresy, a roastery focused solely on relationships, quality and unpopular opinions ;) Holding two runner-up national titles from previous years as well. Started learning roasting in 2016 from The Legend, Audun Sorbotten - also a World Roasting Champion (2015).

I also work in producing countries, developing relationships with producers for quality focused importers.

Ex badminton player. Freshly minted dad. I walked around St. Peter's Basilica the exact moment the pope abdicated.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Go to Anderlecht game, but I guess it's off season atm? Check out the pissing boy then.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Badminton, motorcycling, stupid jokes.
