Please tell us a little about yourself:

I work in a roastery called Cafeboutique, from Kyiv, Ukraine. My first serious competition was in 2023 , Brewers Cup. And since that time I love this process and atmosphere. First of all, it's just interesting for me, and I think it's professional development in the industry. My wife was my first guest at the coffee shop when I started in 2018. And now she is current Brewers Cup Champion of Ukraine

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

It is interesting to go to coffee shops and get acquainted with the coffee culture of this city, and meet new coffee people

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I play volleyball, go to the gym.Try to integrate sports into my life as much as possible.

I want to say thank you my family for support.My wife Elya. my friends and partners COFFEETON , also my roastery team CAFEBOUTIQUE , and SCA Ukraine team

What roaster do you currently roast on and how long have you been roasting coffee for?

I’m work on Giesen W15, W6 . And I’ve been roasting coffee for 3 years

What is your favorite coffee brewing method and why?

I’m roaster so I prefer cupping or v60 with basic recipe .

Besides your own competition drink, do you have a favorite cocktail?

We drink a lot of coffee so we like beer
