Please tell us a little about yourself:

I work at Simesp Coffee in Guangzhou and have participated in coffee competitions for four years. I truly enjoy the process of coffee roasting competitions. Interestingly, my go-to daily drink isn’t coffee—it’s milk tea. I used to work at an IT company, had my first cup of coffee in 2016, and founded my own coffee brand in 2019.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

I look forward to trying the local coffee in Brussels.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Besides coffee, I really enjoy listening to audiobooks and watching anime to relax. I also used to bake bread—it’s more of a casual hobby than a skill, but I really enjoyed the process

I would like to thank my wife for her continuous support throughout the competitions. I also want to thank my coach, Jason Ma, and my incredible teammates, Drink, Shuai, Vincent，Ali and Max mak.
