Please tell us a little about yourself:
I started competing in 2018 and have been on the World Stage twice. The first time being in 2021 in Milan. My love for coffee education and people push me to continuously grow and I believe that this also grow the community around me.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
I am so keen to explore more of Milan - more pizza, more gelato and to escape a little bit of the South African winter.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I love tasting things. Exploring the world through my senses with my wife, my kids and also my friends. I am a father of two (Zoe & Oliver) and a husband to Elri - they’ve supported me through so many seasons of competition and I love them for it!
