Please tell us a little about yourself:

I started my coffee journey by opening a tiny café next to a metro station in Stockholm. What I didn't expect was falling completely and utterly obsessed with the craft itself, and once that happened, there was no going back. Today I work as Marketing & Innovation Manager at Beans in Cup, where I get to bring that same obsession to workplaces across Sweden. This will be my third time competing at the World Brewers Cup, and every year on stage has taught me something new. But honestly, the best part has always been the people you meet along the way – the connections made over coffee in different corners of the world are something I carry with me long after the competition ends. Competing keeps pushing me to go deeper. Into the coffee, the process, and the story I want to tell on stage. Curiosity brought me here, and it's what keeps bringing me back.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Brussels feels like the perfect host for a competition like this. A city with a deep culture of craft and quality. I'm looking forward to exploring the food scene and of course finding the best coffee the city has to offer. But honestly, some of the best moments always happen spontaneously

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I have two passions in life, coffee and storytelling. Finding the right way to communicate a brand, an idea or a moment is something I genuinely enjoy. Outside of that, you'll most likely find me training or watching football.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WCC?

The list is long, but above all I feel a deep gratitude for my family and friends who have been with me every step of the way

What roaster do you currently roast on and how long have you been roasting coffee for?

I work together with the team at Rose Coffee Roaster and my friends at Glyph Coffee Co, where we roast on a Stronghold.

What is your favorite coffee brewing method and why?

Pour over, without a doubt.

Besides your own competition drink, do you have a favorite cocktail?

A good Old Fashioned, without a doubt
