Please tell us a little about yourself:

I come from Chongqing, China and now run a coffee shop and a coffee roasting studio.

I have been participating in the competition from 2018，and won the championship in the Chinese region in 2024.

I have always been passionate about coffee roasting and constantly explore the art of coffee roasting. SoI have always insisted on participating in competitions and hope to communicate and learn more from others.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

I really enjoy drinking beer, and when I go to Belgium, I must drink the local fine wine.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I like drinking beer and whiskey,and I enjoy swimming and hiking.
